A Warm Welcome to our East European neighbours; Let's chat !

Hello,

Our neighbourhood is home to a wonderfully vibrant East European community and we want to make sure your voices, experiences and families are a central part of our local conversation.

We would love you to come along to our next Ward Panel meeting.

Your street - Is there anything happening on your street that you think we should know about ?

Your safety - Are there specific areas where you or your children feel unsafe ?

Your ideas - What can we do better to support your community, businesses and families ?

There is absolutely no formal membership, no sign-up sheet and no commitment.

You do not need to “join” a group to have your voice heard.

You can simply turn up, listen and share what is on your mind.

We know how much hard work and pride the East European community brings to this area, and we want to listen to your stories so we can help keep your streets safe and thriving.

The Ward Panel will take place on Wednesday November 18 2026.

It will take place at Manor Park library, Romford Road E12 (junction Romford Road/Station Road).

We look forward to meeting you !
